Get fit this summer by participating in the Summer Reading Program. The library has over 40 different events and programs for adults, teens and children to enjoy this summer. Registration for teens and children start Monday, June 6 at 9 am.
Teens start their summer with The Art of Zentangle program on the 6th at 2:00 pm. The summer's Grand Kickoff will be a presentation from the Newport Aquarium at 6:30 pm that day and will include live sharks. Get details on scheduled events at our Summer Reading Program page.
The library will be closed on Sundays starting Sunday, May 29 because of its Summer Hours. Its evening hours will also change to 8 pm, Monday through Thursday. The library will be closed on Monday, May 30 in observation of Memorial Day. If you need to return items you may use the library book drop located on Union Street near the back corner of the library.
